Sí, utilizo una crema que me recomendó la médica y que efectivamente tiene urea. Sin embargo, debo reconocer que no me gusta nada tener las manos pringosas de crema, asi que solo me la echo por las noches y parece que no es suficiente :( Para echarme crema también durante el día, las últimas semanas he utilizado guantes, de manera que los dedos pringosos no tocaran el teclado: la gente me miraba muy raro en el trabajo :D
