Puedes buscarla en el mapa de caracteres de Windows (Inicio -> Accesorios -> Herramientas del sistema -> Mapa de caracteres), pero sino también la puedes poner con una combinación de teclas. Creo que en Windows es Alt+0223, introduciendo los numeros en el teclado numérico mientras mantienes pulsada la tecla "Alt", y en Ubuntu es AltGr+s. Eso si, lo más fácil es copiarla de este comentario: ß :D
